		<description>I feel like auto-responders can give the wrong impressions sometimes though. It may seem small, but getting customer sentiment to be in the positive would be the main point of any business&#039; plans so they&#039;ll continue doing business with the same people. An autoresponder would seem too robotic and unemotional.</description>
