What is the best way to make money? If you are like 95% of people you are probably working in a job or you are self employed. Now there is nothing wrong with this as long as you are happy earning money this way. Some people can earn very good money this way but most people are restricted to the amount of money that can be earned and the hours you can work.

To be one of the 5% of people who earn the smart way, by that I mean it is a passive income, you need to look at other ways to work smarter not harder. This would involve one of the following:

- Develop a business system
- Become an investor
- Network Marketing

With Business Systems, you develop the system, which is usually a franchise. A good system can deliver the same product and service no matter where it is. These can make you lots of money but they will take a lot of work and money and you must find a product or service that will sell. Be careful of saturation of a similar type of business. These are risky and you need to do a lot of research if you choose this model.

Now the investor model. By this I don’t mean someone who buys and sells a few shares. I mean big business investors. This is investing large amount of money at high risk usually into things such as property. By property I don’t mean a house now and then I mean buying into large business and corporations or land development on a large scale. There are other examples which I won’t go into now. If you wish to choose this model you must firstly have large amounts of money to invest and you must be prepared to loose money as things don’t always work out. On the up side there is a very high rate of return when things go well.

Finally, Network Marketing is suited to anyone who has a bit of ambition to build a network. Little money has to be invested to get started. Networking is about working smarter not harder. You are leveraging your efforts with that of others. It’s a real win/win.

Think about this. Is it better to earn 1% from 100 people or 100% from one person? If you earned $1000 would you rather have worked 1 hour to get that or 100 hours? Network Marketing is a great way to start in the business world. It’s a great way to generate a great passive income. It is also a great way to set yourself up financially to get involved in other things such as being an investor.
